Flow

American psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi defines the concept of "flow" as a heightened condition of focus, productivity and happiness that most humans strive for. He finds that people who emerge from flow experiences are more self-confident, capable, and sensitive. Many organizations recognize flow concepts in their management philosophy in order to increase creativity and productivity.
