Dunbar number

British anthropologist Robin Dunbar studied how groups of varying numbers work together. Based on various subsections, including hunter-gatherer societies and the military, the "Dunbar number" suggests that 150 is the maximum number of people who can share a social relationship with each other. Therefore, organizations work best if they remain within this limit.
