Munchausen at Work

Georgia Tech business professor Nathan Bennett coined the term "Munchausen at Work" to describe those who create workplace "illnesses" in order to draw attention to themselves. For instance, those that withhold key information until the last moment and then step in to save the day, or others that create false rumors among employees and then dispel the rumors after having "talked to the boss."
