Paid time off

Employers are doing several things to address personal time off. Organizations are streamlining their vacation time, sick time, personal days, holidays, and volunteer time into a single "paid time off" category. Managers are being empowered to reward paid time off for performance. Employers are also revising paid time off policies in the event of a natural disaster and other disruptions.
